Grandiose delusions is pushing the boundary a bit. So he thinks he can be PM, So what? He already has been there and only a few swinging votes on Monday will make him that again.
If we said Grandiose delusions in reference to his ability to do the job, that would just be a matter of opinion. He might be a poor PM but turn out to be an excellent dictator. Just think, permanent state of emergency, appointed premiers and mayors. No more messy street protests or elections to worry about.
The worry is that he might actually get in on Monday.
