Sorry Misty - Within the first couple of paragraphs it basically says - " we are gong to take your hard earned from you and give it to some people who don't, and don't want to, work.
Quote "This plan seeks to convert the proceeds of the next mineral boom into a stronger and broader economy for all those Australians who work hard and contribute to our economic success. "
The way this Govt. is behaving there will be no " next mineral boom" - the stuff will be left in the ground.
