Some very good and objective points, without emotion or vendetta's..
Your last paragraph is the exact point why i think that Telstra should cut off the NBN talks, if as appears their is no hope of a resolution, and get back to running their business for their customers.. Once they do this, they will win back the lost clientele and new customers to boot, which will automatically create a win for their shareholders..
