This announcement isn't likely to help VPG very much.
VPG have been punished because circa 50% of their earnings come from European assets. They have been criticised for piling into Germany at the top of the market and for paying too much for Scarborough.
Unfortunately, they have challenges ahead that cannot be met with the assistance of a bit of development funding in Australia.
