look it will give a bit of surety to these companies, because alot of these companies have been forced to sell assets in a shit market beacuse then bank will not refinance them. Fundamentally in most cases alot of the property trusts are fine, especially after many of them now have addressed cost issues. The only reason LPTs are getting belted is because of the threat of not being able to get refinance.
