1. I have in fact voted labor more times than Liberal! yet I am biased and your are not!!!
2. Murdoch's speech was only last week well after the IR policy announcement and debate in parliament and Murdoch states quote "Australia is not adequately preparing itself for the challenges of the 21st century". Please note is not NOT has not. Which would imply current tense not past tense.
3. I will not waste my time too much on this rather than to say throwing money at a problem does not always mean a favorable outcome. Many car companies are bringing "green" cars to market including Holden and they received NO funding from labor. Are we also to assume the research behind this car only evolved since labor was elected. These cars will run on 80% ethonol. I would say much of this was developed whilst liberals were in power and not just since November 2007.
