Regarding the 83% figure i'm of the opinion that for those people being tested, they are probably aware that these diseases don't have any other cures at the moment so they may be re-registering with the mindset of 'i'm deteriorating anyway, i will take whatever chance I have to prolong/reduce my deterioration' regardless of efficacy. Just something to think about
