CNP is complicated - there are figures of 26bn 3.6Bn etc bandied around all the time.
If you want to figure it out head to their website and read through the text of last years financial report.
It gives a pretty good picture of How CNP relates ot CER, DPF DPFI CAWF CAF the old Shopping America trust etc and where the various figures relate to each other.
Although I doubt anyone would have been so silly as to have purchased CNP without reading every word on their website and everything that can find in the press.
