It was a marketing ploy, same as Carmichael Hunt. As if they can go from league to AFL, 2 completely different games. What better way to pinch a few league fans across to AFL by stealing a couple of their stars in exchange for big bucks. It's taking Carmichael a bit longer to realise he's hopeless.
