As a kiwi, I thought it was the best outcome possible. We have the World Cup - AND now (hopefully) all those negative All Black supporters (which BensonBear assures me is a minority) will be a little more humble. Thought the French stepped up and the ABs stumbled a little under the pressure.
Also thankful that Les Bleus gave us the honour of wearing the black jersey (probably too scared to do otherwise after the paddy we threw when England wore black), the IRB never penalised us for having Muliaina and Carter training with the boys after being dropped from the 30, and Paddy O'Brien gave us Joubert for the second week in a row.

Only problem now is we have to find $3m more from an already $40 deficit of the NZRU to give the players their bonus! Wonder what they would be trading at if they were on the NZX?
