RPMGlobal Holdings Limited (RUL, formerly Rungepincockminarco Limited) is engaged in the provision of advisory consulting, training and software for the mining and related services industries on a global basis with 18 locations. RUL has three divisions namely Software, Advisory and GeoGAS.

Software:
The Software division provides mine scheduling, financial costing/budgeting, simulation and asset management software solutions to the mining industry. It also provides software consulting, implementation, training and support for these products.

Advisory:
The Advisory division provides independent consulting and advisory services which cover technical and economic analysis and assessment of mining activities and resources on behalf of mining companies, financial institutions, government agencies and suppliers to mining projects.

GeoGAS:
The GeoGAS business provides mine gas consulting and laboratory testing services to the coal industry on the East Coast of Australia.

Acquisition:
On 31 January 2018 the RUL acquired 100% of the issued share capital of Minvu Holdings Pty Ltd and Kurilpa Investments Pty Ltd.

Legal Proceedings:
RUL advised that its wholly owned Russian subsidiary has entered into a full and final settlement agreement relating to the adverse court judgement in Russia.
