    ADA appendix 2&3E : "highest price paid allowed under rule 7.33: 0.575"
    Does anybody know what rule 7.33 says and how it restricts their buy price?

    Now they only have 8,717,850 to go (as of before today). I don't see how they can achieve their quota by the end of the year.
