Honestly no one is keeping a lid on it at all - ppl don't want to pay more, that's all it is. And sellers don't want to sell for less. I.e. A fair price has been reached.
As I said ages ago, this is much more realistic volume (between 5-10m at most) for there not to be games being played..
everyone is now waiting for Ann.
that being said its interesting nothing came out on kj considering he is now officially out of contract.
