It could have been Paul OR hos business partner - doesn't really matter. As long as there was no sensitive information available at hte time that the market didn't have.
PW isn't a director, so of course that rule doesn't apply - but normal insider trading rules apply.
Also, remember it's been a while since we had an updated Top 20 - so he could have bought them a couple of weeks ago or more.
Don't get caught up on things that aren't important.
More important to concentrate on HOW these deals are coming together - and HOW will they be achieved.
That's where I'd concentrate my time in the morning timeto...get a clear feeling for how it's happening and time frame to success.
