But is it still in a down trend? Technically yes, some healthy indications of base building, but not without the possibility of a further shakeout. Is the stock under financial pressure with liabilities it will find difficult to service? Does sovereign risk appear insurmountable? While macros are currently dreadful is the sector in LT decline? Is the stock threatened by it's peers LT? Does it have sufficient advantages to be competitive? Are it's assets overvalued or likely to decline in value? Is it carrying inflated goodwill or intangibles? Clearly the stock is gradually derisking, does the potential reward justify the remaining risk? Does it have the assets and a credible strategy for future growth? What is your time frame?
