It is a huge outlay/expenditure in the last QT notice, so is it - probable - possible or time to start sweating again as the last notice said $ 5.3 odd million outstanding debut, which to me is saying it is not going anywhere near paying its' way.
Where are we if and I note the need for $$$$ is just about the same as last time, $20mill from the Chinese Bank a bit of a theme going on here?
Can they get the funds out of China or is this another can kicking exercise?
