To avoid being wrong I'll guess somewhere between 0 and 36c. I can't predict better than anyone else. It could go up from here on the back of bouyant metal prices or some specific renewal of HOPE. Sentiment can't get much lower and it seems lately, it doesn't go down much on the back of negative news anyway.

Now that there is no imminent need to spend money on land acquisition, maybe the cash can be used for something more viable that actually adds to market cap. Although with Alsons on the board, that might be confined to the Philippines.

At least there is a floor at the value of the considerable cash backing, and furthermore HOPE has some value, as does a lottery ticket before the draw.
