I don't think so, Cubans have no seen anything out of any Obama give-all foreign policies. Trump will demand changes from Raul y amigos...they'll oppose any policies that will lead Cuba to something close to a democracy, why would they change anything, after all they are still living la vida loca..! Things will change with Trump..
