I think everyone agrees the current offer isn't up to scratch .
The current offer if you add back the 1c cash indicates 1 RUM For 7.3 CEN (. Using .17c as RUM s/p. ) Maybe their could be an option . Some cash ,some shares or just all shares .
Beware the smoke and mirrors when talking share swaps and valuations (ie what price is being used in the calculations )
Anyway ,Shouldnt CEN management be getting together with RUM and trying to nut out a better deal for all shareholders .
