Odd behavior. Most downtrodden stocks have old holders leaving at this time of year to realise losses against other capital gains but this stock doesn't seem to have much in the way of sellers. On the other hand most people who hold capital gain positions from buying lower down will try to wait till July before being tempted to realise gains. In between we have the month of June which the research piece seems to point to as a month for action stations.

Valuation 28c and target price of 14c might be achieved sooner than I expected.
