Futures zinc prices are trending lower but I am of the opinion that the price must increase in the next 6 months.
Although the demand might be tempered in the near future, warehouse levels are at 5 year lows for zinc and diminishing steadily whilst a number of zinc smelters particularly in Europe are being closed because of high energy prices and I see no end in sight in this regard.
Although Rumble is not a producer yet it is hoped that sentiment will improve with a higher zinc price.
Let’s hope so anyway for all shareholders sake.
