100 to 300mt of zinc is a monster. Most people dont have the patience to see this kind of investment strategy through. They always look to chase the faster train, faster money. IMO buying parcels of RTR is like saving a little bit of money on a regular basis then waiting for compounding interest to kick in. Instead of having to wait 20 years and to have a significant invested you get the action occuring in the next phase and in production which is 2 to 3 years away. No brainer buy IMO
