I was an enthusiastic investor for CLZ like so many others, but got very disillusioned by poor management decisions particularly funding related. It's with that in mind that I ask what vehicle will they be using to make these acquisitions? From my research, they basically have debt, little cash and no prospects. Good luck with your investment and to be honest, I hope they do find something, not just hype and nearology which they have relied on historically, so that others who are down heaps and heaps but held on in hope can recover. From all the history, which is freely available via google and other sources, it will take a miracle and IMO won't happen. Many BS artists on this thread so be careful who you believe. Do your own research.
