Not sure how South Africa has any imput into Botswanna's government? The recent Fund raising would have been far more difficult if the lenders thought there was a chance of nationalisation.
Im sure that Citigroup is actually Soro's holding and he is cashing out, not sure why. Looks like someone(s) is happy to buy his holding though.
