Murdoch is NOT talking of BUYING a Search Engine, but rather, that NEWS are in deep discussion concerning a "controlling Interest" in a seach engine ....

That, is the difference, IMO ... LOOK, with enormous synergies to suit NEWS, could give him that 'controlling interest' and with the addition of all NEWS Sites, News' archives of articles etc, would be the real 'maker' of the Looksmart business plan.

What would such a deal do for Looksmart's share price value ?? - What would it do for Murdoch's investment ??
