My scan of the ASX and other company announcement concerning Internal Restructure involved the following transactions:

Technology One - Decentralising its operational model and moving more to a franchise model

Pioneer Electronics - Change of board positions and removal of some directors

CS Energy - Split of assets into two different porfolios and the managing of that portfolio. Change of organisational chart.

Solomon Airlines - change of board and making company less top heavy.

Etc.

So based on what is generally released with this type of announcement perhaps there is going to be some major internal board '/ staffing changes. Not sure why you need such a long trading halt.

Who knows, I just hope its not more bad news
