Rogers and other directors already have a large number of shares in the company as a result of salary packaging. If PRR achieves what it's aiming to achieve, (commercialise CVac), Rogers and the other directors will be extremely wealthy individuals.
Someone queried - how come they don't buy more shares?.
Like many of us ordinary individuals they probably (currently) don't have the spare cash to buy more. Besides, they already have sufficient shares and if PRR is successful they won't need to worry about how they will pay off their mortgage. They already have a huge incentitive to succeed.
