its all very positive rabs........just need pen to paper. ill certainly breathe a sign of relief.
I am sure we will hit some hurdles in between (hope not) but aren't you in a much better position to manage whetever hurdles encountered, when you have the money to deal with it! a basic fundamental for explorers and miners.
