Fly indeed.. I'd say an immediate 20% uptick, but the real value is probably more like a doubling.. We would instantly almost double our capacity (from 9,000 @ Kal alone, to ~16,000 Kal + LAMP). Also, if the plan is to remove Th from our WLP, let's not forget this is a resource most wannabes would dream to have in the ground.
The value of Gd/Nd/Pr alone in our WLP is >$3b.. it's already dug up, transported.. sans the Th, this could be an incredibly high profit margin resource.
