I cannot see management trusting Malaysian decisions again after the way Lynas’s initial investment was treated, having been welcomed all those years back. The backflipping goes hand in hand with political whims. There is nothing stopping the next government finding a strangling loop hole if it serves self purpose.
Use their facilities that they have in Malaysia sure, but the future has to be elsewhere. ( nothing against the wonderful Malaysian people )
