When you approached the (Real estate) agents did they give you some idea into how how many were left to be sold?
I believe there are 25 shopping centres going under the hammer and there preference would be to sell them in bundles (e.g. parcels of 4 to 5 centres to each buyer). This is so they can maintain better control of their management services (and fees) over the assets.
I'm starting to better understand why the banks keep postponing their extension announcements. They're waiting for these sales to go through before the ultimate green light is given to Centro.
