As far as I am aware, Centre Point orders are placed into what's called a "dark pool", meaning that they are not visible in market depth.
Some brokers allow placing Centre Point orders (specifically at a Centre Point price) but most brokers don't.
With the ones that don't, you can still have your full order (or part of your order) filled at a Centre Point price if your lucky, but you can't limit your order to the Centre Point price when you place it.
