    I heard a rumour that ABS is going to split the American Operations into a 50:50 JV Partnership in which ABS will receive 1 Billion Dollars to reduce their debt liability. This to me sounds like something Eddie would want to do because he wants to see this go larger - much larger!!!In this case Warnie what would your expectation of opening prie be tomorrow?
