My reckoning is someone (probably MIN not Hancock) is buying up to 5%, then when their hand is shown as a new substantial shareholder a bid will shortly follow. Then we hope it's straight out rejected by management and others come out of the woodwork to start a bidding war, all being rejected by management until we get times what we are now.... and then khopchai goes on holidays.....
