How do people interpret this announcement?
imo the downside is that $200 million is a much smaller committment than what was being thrown around the media, and it's really just a drop in the ocean for CIC
on the upside the strike price at 40 cents is considerably higher than the 30 cents announced last month
from a strategic point of view the announcement is amazing
