Great article.
To MAE, at a certain point,
those that sell on a rumour, or fear, will exhaust.
When the registry has been shuffled, to hold those who are prepared to wait it out for the sale event, or, back to business as usual, flow testing, from a 20c base, the weak or impressionable will have left.
Maybe thats why we got to 22c,, and stayed there for a while, and yet nothing has changed,,,
so why are buyers stepping up to 26.5 now?
Because those who sell off screen for 22.5c are extenguished, based on the current state of play.
Now, that state of play, until an announcement to fact changes state, would re-valuate long positions.
Then you may have more longs prepared to walk, if negative.
As well, we have buyers at 26.5, why? they obviously think that it represents a cheap entry for gains on the positive event.
How close is 26.5 to basic support of operations, for entry, cw, the upside form a sale event?
Risk / reward.
