We are at the stage of giving up on SAS and making appointments to schedule my wife's knee surgery.
Reason: She was on SAS but never got any answers on when she would actually get the injections. Approved to join LAST December. Constant content free responses like "We will let you know". Most unhelpful.
Silver lining in Melbourne lockdown is that she has been able to work from home.
I am a huge fan of the product but the process was very wanting in my experience.
