Exactly. They can’t.
They still rely on other trades to come in and tidy up after them. If they could develop the tech to include standard mortar and face brickwork a hole new market would open up to them (Architectural building with complex brick coursing, patterning etc.)
Profits on that would far outweigh a shitty project home.
