All of this so called 'quiet accumulation' going on is probably just a few very astute people doing both the buying and then the selling. After all, half a cent on 11 cents is a nice 4.5% profit. If I was doing that twice a week for a month or so until the next lot of anns came out, I think I'd be sleeping very well at night. Sometimes the answer doesn't have to be complicated.
