What BS! Governments of all persuasions do this sort of thing all the time. The current mob haven't exactly been great to pensioners and investors either. And to call Shorten's Labor "socialist" is a stretch. They are further to the right than the Fraser Liberal government was. The whole Oz political system shifted to the right under Hawke and went further to the right under Howard.
I, like most people will just change my investment mix and it won't cost me anything. Bring it on!
