IMO a 4 or 5 $$ offer would be accepted by 99% of holders faster than you can say damn-that's-a-sweet-deal-batman!
If an offer came in anytime soon i would guess (a wild guess) it would be less than $3. Perhaps as low as 2.50.
With all the holders sitting in the red over the entire last 6 months i think most would accept it and just be relieved to exit in green (or close to it).
Its easy to say that gxy should be worth $3+ and could get to $4+ once some deals are done and much more progress is made. But the reality is that we are only worth what people are willing to pay and that right now is $1.77, so if someone offered an instant 40% or so then my guess is that this party would be over :/
