Morris corp being sold, they would be a good fit, but too expensive, looks like its going to end up in the hands of an international competitor.

    ----
The company that keeps the miners of Australia fed, watered and sheltered has been put up for sale, with overseas players said to lead the bidding field.
    ...
Morris Corp provides a broad range of catering, cleaning and maintenance services to remote mining camps. It is understood to be worth around $150 million.
    ...
Sources said interest was largely from offshore, with Danish outsourcing giant ISS, which provides everything from reception assistants and airconditioning technicians in banks to cooks in mining camps, a logical acquirer given it runs a similar style of business. London-listed Compass Group, which has an extensive Australian business already, is also running the ruler.

It's harder to see Spotless Group entering the fray, despite Morris being a good fit. Shares in the cleaning and catering firm have fallen 12 per cent from $1.085 at June 30 to 95.75¢ on Monday.
