The graph shows no increase through January yet SWT received 100 new applications every day in Jan on average so in fact did grow substantially. See ann 27 feb.
So im not sure of the relationship between users signed up and usage, but the grapsh do show steady Mb in and out, while SWT did say they took 100 applications a day??
