GDN ran on PB2 partly as a result of the multiple targets to be drilled (just like PB1).
People speculated that success with the upper targets would translate to the deeper and more exciting targets like the Alkali Gulch, while there was also the chance to get another crack at Leadville Limestone. As we know this didn't happen.
PB3 doesn't have the same scope in terms of targets as it is focused on the Ismay formation and therefore I don't think it will attract the same level of speculation.
