I suspect that we are currently witnessing a battle of wills between the underwriter and Allan Gray. To date, Grays seem to have been the canniest of the two, but (at least I suspect) the underwriter today withheld some supply to try and get an upper hand (albeit briefly). Probably best for long termers that the tussle continue until the underwriter is out, since we don't want the underwriter to create a huge roadblock at higher levels...
