World Bank... Now there is an upstanding organisation. Errrr, no. I've seen the World Bank screw up in Africa more than any exploration company. But you are right, they have the power to be righteous.
I'm not too worried re AFF, it'll all play out in the end and there is no reason why any of the IO companies won't walk away happy. Just have to wait our time.
