Firstly, Amedeus unless you know know something about the new Board that no-one else knows, you may not want to be the first to invest here.
I have been a shareholder since the West Oil days and believed all of the garbage that the previous STI directors spun to suck in more investors to eventually find that the company was only one big ongoing fraud.
The latest meeting did not provide any confidence that the new guys are any better.
I have some questions...
Who are STI now and what do they do? Do they have any assets?
What are they going to do with the $500,000? Will people be stupid enough to throw away good money after bad.
Unless the new Directors announce a business plan that has half a chance of being successful, I'd say................................ Run Amadeus Run.
