If you all took the time to attend the EGM you would have heard how bad the news was. ..... I have stated before this.
As none of you were bothered to attend and most of you all voted in support of this consolidatio I refuse to advise what happened.
All I can say that the deal arranged by BUCK with the new owners is just as bad as the deals PB has done IMO.
Pointed out by what we were left with in the consolidation which was not necessary .....All we did was finance a back door listing . IMO the knew owners are extremely ruthless .
The new owners allegedly have gold assets so was stated.
