Well I would admit that I don't have too many kind words for the current management seeing as how I bought in 2007 and since then have proceeded to watch my hard earned bleed away to nothing. That said it pays to have a keen eye on the realities of what a company actually does in the market if you are going to stay in the game or capitalise on their performance. In general I am of the opinion that a lot of promises have been made on many occasions in an airy non quantitative manner by senior management and then largely they have not been called to task for not delivering on their intimations that there is "something big" in the air about to happen.
