    I think that you can not really pay too much heed to BigTips unless he responds with the actual conversation he overheard. If he really wants to be of assistance to fellow HC users then it really should not be an issue to divulge this seeing as how it was overheard in a public lift.
    I for one would be keenly interested as it is likely a conversation between NMS employees.
